Offering a set of 4 wheels with rubber tires on metal rims on 2 axles. Maybe for that wagon or cart makeover. You are getting the rust and wear shown in the photos and what hardware you see. One of the axles does seem slightly bent. Axles are approximately 15" long. Hamilton Steel Products, Inc. Chicago Ill on each tire. Tires measure approximately 7" in diameter and 1 1/8" wide.
